Description: The collections config schema should be modified to include
fields for specifying the names of dimensions that need to be read, as well as
the dimensions that should be sliced and the map projection type (lat/lon,
ECCO, swatch, or timeseries). These fields should get passed through to the
granule ingester in order to support ingesting the full range of granule types
that were supported by the old ingestion system.
