- Added a new query parameter to the matchup algorithm to allow the user to
specify whether time or distance should be prioritized
- New parameter is called `prioritizeDistance`
- Default is `true` and param is optional so existing queries do not
break
- Added a new unit test for this parameter
- Added new parameter to openapi specification
