Hi everyone,

Apologies for all the automated emails being spammed to dev@, Nga and I have
been going through old tickets on Jira going back to when they were less well
managed (c. 2022 and before) and closing them out as either completed, won't
fix, etc. We still have a decent number of old tickets left and I'm not sure
what to do about them since the bulk of them are from before I even joined the
project.

If anyone who was around at that time would consider taking a look at these and
closing them out, that would be very helpful.

Query for outstanding tickets:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SDAP-524?jql=project%20%3D%20SDAP%20AND%20status%20in%20(%22In%20Progress%22%2C%20%22To%20Do%22)%20ORDER%20BY%20created%20DESC%2C%20updated%20DESC

- If the work for a ticket has been completed and is in a released repo (nexus,
ingester, nexusproto) and it was merged BEFORE the 1.3.0 release, mark the
ticket as "Done" then hit "Close"
- If the work for a ticket has been completed and is either NOT in a released
repo OR was merged after the 1.3.0 release, just mark it as "Done"
- If the work on the ticket is no longer needed/desired, mark it as "Won't fix"
(Workflow -> Wont Do)

Thanks so much,
Riley
