I would like to see more narrative about the state of the project. The Board will read the numbers and come to the conclusion that activity is much lower than usual. Rather than letting the numbers speak for themselves, and letting the Board to draw their own conclusions, I think you should give your best assessment of what is happening, and why. Is the project always slow over the summer? Do we expect this trend to continue? Have there been changes in resource allocation? If there is a problem, is there anything we can do to fix it?
