Hi dev team I noticed `Seata ecosystem` in the Seata main repo[1]. Most of the repositories are moved inside ASF incubator, so, the name is fine. But <Seata Docker> links to a project called `/seata/fescar-docker`[2], which misleads ppl. The name <seata> could only be used for codes and materials donated into the ASF. Please fix this.
Also, the renaming of organization <Seata> should be discussed, and then Seata team needs to take action.
