如果是直接proxy到seata，那这个场景，这种情况下，如果不考虑raft，就需要同步状态了。让server之间互相知道，能够在这种情况下，转发到正确的server上去处理，比如server2转发给server1. If it directly proxies to seata, there is also a scenario where, in this case, if raft is not considered, state synchronization is required.
