Currently, the Seata community announces the start time of meetings
via email. Meetings are conducted in Chinese, while the conclusions
are posted in English to the @dev mailing list. In addition, summaries
of the meetings in Chinese are kept on the wiki.

As for online meetings, it's impossible to accommodate everyone's time
zones, schedules, and even the requirements of multiple languages. So,
does ASF oppose online meetings, requiring the use of asynchronous
email discussions, or is there a better solution available?

Warm regards,

Ji Min
