已处理 maintainer comments 和 CI 问题：\n\n- 调整了 `postJSON` 的状态分支，移除恒真判断，并把响应 body 解析收敛为一次。\n- 移除了单独的 `util/env.go` 抽象，相关默认 env 逻辑已放回 `util/db.go`。\n- 补充 `at/ecommerce/.env.example` 的 ASF license header，修复此前 `check-license` 失败点。\n\n本地已通过：`go test ./...`、workflow pin 版本的 `license-eye -c .licenserc.yaml header check`、`license-eye -c .licenserc.yaml dependency check`。远端 Actions 当前为 `action_required`，需要 maintainer 批准 fork PR workflow 后重新运行。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
