Summary: Fix the copyright issue according to ASF policy after the

After the initial release, a few copyright issues arose. Here is a list of them
# Move the license of the Zeppelin plugin (BSD 2-Clause) to a separate license
folder
# Use GeoJSONWriter from jts2geojson library, and drop the copied version in
Sedona
# Provide licenses to the data used in the test. This could be avoided by
reducing the amount of real-world data used in unit tests. This issue will be
fixed in a separate ticket.
