@jiayuasu One way to obtain the .md files is to run
`rmarkdown::render("vignettes/<topic>.Rmd", clean = FALSE)` (`clean = FALSE`
meaning do not delete intermediate .md files) and then merge the generated
<topic>.knit.md file with the rest of the website.
