The semantics of {{ST_Contains}} is actually "covers" defined by OGC, and
{{ST_Within}} used to be "coveredBy" but changed to "within" after resolving
SEDONA-118. We'll change the semantics of {{ST_Contains}} to "contains" and add
additional UDFs {{ST_Covers}} and {{ST_CoveredBy.}}
