I want to implement the function: ST_AddPoint
([https://postgis.net/docs/ST_AddPoint.html]) - It Adds a point to a LineString
before the index _{{position}}_ (using a 0-based index). If the _{{position}}_
parameter is omitted or is -1 the point is appended to the end of the
LineString.
