The current github CICD action for java/scala uses Spark 3.2.0. However, as I
was cleaning up the build log I hit up against this bug:

That bug is fixed in 3.2.1 but the latest patch for 3.2 is 3.2.3 at this point
in time, so I figure why not advance to latest.
