This spatial query will leverage spatial index automatically. Sedona will build spatial indices on the fly to perform this query. Once the query is completed, Sedona will drop the index. So this is a one-time index. If you check the log, you will see WARN: didn't find spatial index. Will build spatial index on the fly.
