dbplyr translation for ST_Point and ST_PolygonFromEnvelope casts coordinates as
"DECIMAL(24, 20)". This fails when coordinates are not lat/longs because there
are more than 4 digits before the decimal point.
Easy to fix, but unsure what the correct CAST would be.
