Currently, there are a number of ST functions not using Inferred expressions
such as
ST_GeomFromWKB, ST_GeomFromGML, ST_LineStringFromText, and so on. Sedona
Inferred Expressions enjoys the latest serde elimination and NullSafety.
I believe most of these functions can be migrated to Inferred expression by
simply moving their logics to Sedona common (subsequently shared with Sedona
Flink module).
