Summary: Use SedonaContext to unify Sedona entry points

Currently, the Sedona entry point in different compute engines are very
different and impose additional friction for new users. They also have to
register Sedona kryo serializer and import many tedious classes.
I am proposing to add a new entry point called SedonaContext to unify the way
that users interact with Sedona across different engines.
