Currently, Sedona Raster contains two types of operators
# Raster based operators such as RS_SetSRID, RS_Value
# Array of double -based map algebra operators such as RS_Add, RS_Normalize
We need to bridge the two worlds and deprecate old GeoTiff data source
reader/writers.
