Currently RS_Intersects, RS_Contains and RS_Within supports (rast, geom) as 
arguments. We can support (rast, rast) and (geom, rast) as parameters for these 
predicate functions.

These predicates should take the convex hull of rasters to perform spatial 
relationship tests, instead of taking the envelopes of rasters.
