Summary: Merge all Sedona Spark module to a single module

This is an umbrella ticket for merging all Sedona Spark module to a single
module.
As Sedona adds more support for different computation engine, it becomes a
headache to both Sedona maintainers and users to learn the purpose of each
module. Therefore, we need to merge all Spark related modules to a single
module.
The steps are as follows:
1. Python-adapter -> SQL
2. SQL -> Core
3. Viz -> Core
4. Rename core to spark
Although we change the structure of sub-modules, we will not change the
classpath of packages.
