   Refactored the code for detecting spatial join predicates in join 
conditions. Now we are capable of handling complex join conditions such as 
`ST_Intersects(geom1, geom2) AND expr1 AND expr2`.

   Added new tests and manually tested the query mentioned in the JIRA ticket.
   
   ## Did this PR include necessary documentation updates?
   
   - No, this PR does not affect any public API so no need to change the 
documentation.
