## Did you read the Contributor Guide? - Yes, I have read the [Contributor Rules](https://sedona.apache.org/latest-snapshot/community/rule/) and [Contributor Development Guide](https://sedona.apache.org/latest-snapshot/community/develop/) ## Is this PR related to a JIRA ticket? - Yes, the URL of the associated JIRA ticket is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SEDONA-636. The PR name follows the format `[SEDONA-XXX] my subject`. ## What changes were proposed in this PR? * Add a `spark.sedona.enableParserExtensions` spark configuration to enable/disable the parser extension. * Fallback to the delegated parser on failure. There might be other parser extensions injected into the spark session, for example when the user runs the `VACUUM table` command, we should fall back to Delta's parser extension instead of throwing an exception. ## How was this patch tested? Passing existing tests, also tested manually with Apache Iceberg. ## Did this PR include necessary documentation updates? - *TODO*: document this parser extension and newly added configuration -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
