I ran the test script dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh 0.2.0 1 [X] Download links are valid [X] Checksums and PGP signatures are valid [X] Source code artifacts have correct names matching the current release [-] LICENSE and NOTICE files are present and correct [X] All files have ASF license headers (verified via Apache RAT) [X] Source builds and tests pass The NOTICE file didn't exist in the SpatialBench repository. We should add it.
