Both STOUT and SurveyMongo need private account information. STOUT's is in
secret.py from the stout-secrets repository. It's good that we don't publish
our secret information, but it won't be clear to an open-source developer what
they need to provide. A blank secret.py should be included in git, and it
should be removed from the .gitignore SurveyMongo has its private_key.txt
copied manually from server to server. It should be checked into stout-secrets,
and a blank one put into SurveyMongo's git, similar to STOUT.
