Summary: SurveyMongo results and configs directories not in git

the bitbucket branch of surveymongo needs configs and results directories
present. Configs is where experiment definition files are placed, and results
are where MAT files are generated. Empty directories should either be checked
in to github so they do not need to be created manually on install, or they
should be created automatically by SurveyMongo.
