Existing users are able to sign in to STOUT without incident.
New users are able to make it to the registration screen (add UID/Pass)
After submitting the registration form, we see a Server Error 500 screen.
Other notes/leads:
New users who have submitted credentials and have seen the Server Error screen
are visible in our user list.
if new users who have submitted credentials navigate to the "sign in" screen
and enter their credentials, they are able to enter the STOUT system without
incident.
Send Email functionality is broken within the experimenter view, new users
registering are not currently receiving emails after they register new
credentials--this may be a good place to start looking. Workflow for
registration is:
1. "Register"
2. Enter credentials, submit.
3. Send user confirmation via email <--Broken
4. redirect to sign in<--Broken
5. At Sign In, Enter credentials, submit.<--Functional
6. redirect to Task List.<--Functional
