Infra have completed all of our immediate requirements for establishing
SensSoft within the Incubator. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12260
This includes removing all of the read-only locks from the following
repositories

[[email protected]] and team, what we now need to do is the following.
1) Create an 'apache' branch on all of the 6 existing Draper Labs Github repos
with a simple README which shadows that contained here

2) Make the 6 Draper Labs Github repos possibly read only until 3 below is
achieved
3) Backport all issues from the 6 existing Draper Labs Github repos to the 6
canonical Apache Git repos effectively making updates to the Apache Git repos
above.
I've also logged an Infra ticket to have Github mirrors established for all of
the Apache Git repos.
