@Lewis, @PMC-

We've been working hard toward the release. Development is complete on our core
products, as is the bundled container. You may have just noticed about a
billion commits to a few products-we just went through all our code and made
sure both our original code and code we adopted from other FOSS projects
conform to Apache standards. My read of Apache's release policy is that the
next step is for you to rummage through our code with DRAT to verify that our
licensing is compliant, followed by a vote.

The artifacts that are releasable are:

UserALE.js 0.2
UserALE.PyQt5 0.1.5
Distill 0.1.3
TAP 0.1

SensSoft v1.0.0 is a preconfigured Docker Container that bundles UserALE.js
0.2, Distill 0.1.3, and TAP 0.1 into an easy-to-deploy package.

Are we ready for the next step? (verify that licenses are conformal to Apache
policy?)
