1. Is Apache Maven PMD an appropriate method for analyzing javascript--if so,
we'll move in that direction and update our release guide.
2. Which of pip, Pybuilder, Distutils, do you prefer for analyzing python--let
us know and we'll move in that direction and update our release guide.
Trying to get this first batch of releases buttoned up.
