Description:
We need to embed Sankey into TAP page. Knowing that we are abandoning React.js
and will likely use new viz format in the future, we are doing this work in
javascript not React. However, we want to know the least costly approach in
terms of schedule.
Definition of Done = Sankey is embedded as a widget on TAP page, Sankey data
can be used to cross-filter histogram widgets.
