Likely additional meta-data would need be added to a cannonical kafka wrapper
so that userALE.js logs can be received and appropriately routed by a Kafka
Broker
* UserAle Web Extension can be configured to send User Activity Data to a
Kafka broker/cluster
* Verified with a manual test which will require the deployment of a dev Kafka
broker/cluster
