IMO: Our mentors are great. @Lewis has been especially supportive of us in helping with release practices and road mapping. Both @Lewis and @Mattman have reached out to me personally to gain more context about the recent collision with Draper, and have offered sage advice. We have some tangible areas to improve our processes (incl. reports), however, as far as things “falling through the cracks”, the biggest challenge for us has been the recent shake-up in our contributor base. This has not on impacted our release schedule, but in some cases the ability for contributors to work on the project, pending the conclusion of their new employers’ COI determinations. As per @Lewis recent posts on general@, we would benefit from additional mentor ship that could help us through our current rebranding efforts and in developing a more resilient, flexible community of contributors.
