Had a discussion with Kalyan about commiting a snapshot Id to AUTHZ_PATHS_MAPPING table that doesn't yet exist in AUTH_PATHS_SNAPSHOT_ID table. As of now since there is no foreign key constraint between AUTHZ_PATHS_MAPPING and AUTH_PATHS_SNAPSHOT_ID table it is fine.
