I was looking at the dev list and # of commits in November, which are less than half of October. As for improving activity, the "getting started with Sentry" post is a good start. Any plans to do that sort of thing regularly? The Web site is still pretty sparse. I notice, despite the release in September, it's not mentioned here: http://sentry.incubator.apache.org/ So I'd definitely look into having a prominent download and/or getting started guide that is available from the front page as a start.
