Thanks for putting this together Prasad. From what I can tell, all three areas of concern for Incubation have been adequately addressed - new committers, diversity, and releases. At this time, I believe the section of what needs to be done before graduation should list the remaining things like - update project status page, discuss graduation with community and take action on any feedback etc.
