Hi Gaetano, Apache Sentry does not currently support access control for HBase and HDFS. It may do in the future but right now it supports access control for Hive, Impala and Solr. You could look at using HDFS ACLs to restrict access to files stored on HDFS, not certain what you would need to implement for HBase.
