Hi fellow developers, This idea came out of the discussion I had with David Nalley while at ApacheCon. What do you guys think of having a dev hangout once a month? We have a geographically distributed team and as a way to increase the communication bandwidth, we could do a hangout on a periodic basis where we can discuss specific items which require more bandwidth. This would also help have periodic check points and will also be a nice avenue for new developers to get involved. Please vote on this thread if you like the idea. And also suggest what you would like to discuss in these hangouts. I would recommend to keep the hangout to 30 mins and take discussions to dev list where ever possible.
