Hi, Before doing the actual 1.3.9 release I created a test release to allow verifying the release process.
Artifacts are available on https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/serf/ and I added my signature to the usual .asc files. If you have some spare time, please test this non-release artifacts to see if the scripts are updated correctly. If things work correctly or only minor changes are required I'll create real release artifacts next Monday, to do the ASF standard release voting. I tested the files on a few Windows variants, but they are quite like what the buildbots run. Bert
