There is a page that can be opened by CMakeLists.txt->*right
click*->CMake Settings for Serf, and in which you can configure the
required properties. Then do the same thing as you did through the
command-line, but in the `CMake variables and Cache` section.
Opening the out\Serf.sln solution works, but the Install build project
is not enabled by default, is there a way to make that enabled by default?
For some reason it works for me by default.
I'm curious, is INSTALL enabled for you in visual studio by default?
