[DISCUSS] Q & A of website issue

Hi all,
       I want to translate Q & A of the website for English as blew, but here 
is a problem.
     http://servicecomb.incubator.apache.org/cn/faqs/
       For now, we have two pages of Q&A(another one in UserGuide). 
       Should we merge it together or keep it split as before
