Hi Willem,  
  
Currently there are few example files as well as configuration files which does 
not have ASF header in Service-Center, the reason for not having the ASF header 
was that if the header was added then configuration files won't work as it was 
intended to.  
  
Please guide us to identify which all files we can exempt from RAT check for 
ASF headers.
