This is a Proposal for holding a Co-Located Event in KubeCon & CloudNativeCon Summit China 2019 to help building ServiceComb's community.
My suggestion is to hold a Meetup named "Apache ServiceComb Meetup Hosted by Huawei", to share technologies and user cases of ServiceComb. Because the time is tight, I have already talked to Huawei to get free resources and sposorship for the meetup. Details of the plan is listed below, - What is the topic focus of the event? Topics are focused on Apache Way related topics, user-practices /technologies topics of Apache ServiceComb . - Who is organising the event? PMCs of ServiceComb (incubating) are the organizer - When is the event? June 24 - How many attendees are expected? 60~100 - How much PMC involvement is there already? 3 - Which marks are requested? Two marks are requested, 1. Name of "Apache ServiceComb Meetup " 2. "Powered By" Apache logo of Apache ServiceComb - Is this for profit or non-profit? (See "Event Profits And Donations")? non-profit. By the way, I also suggest to have a booth about Apache ServiceComb in KubeCon & CloudNativeCon Summit China 2019.
