servicecomb-java-chassis now is ready for release 1.3.0, there are 6 pennding PRs to be merged (they are all for bug fixes). We have prepared for weak-contract-type feature for a long time, and it is almost ready in branch weak-contract-type. As a result, we are going to release 1.3.0 based on master, and cut branch 1.x for future maintenance.
