I believe the svn resources get moved out of incubator last weekend cause this
problem,
you can try edit the root pom.xml
change servicemix-m2-repo
from
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/servicemix/m2-repo
to
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/m2-repo/
Btw, we are going to release 3.2.1 asap to fix it up
