* little polish on the offline.Main method.
* Add convert.sh/bat in the distribution, also package the offline.jar in the
bin/ folder, actually, I am thinking may be we can add another folder called
"lib" for storing bin's depened library??
The offline doesn't seem to fit the "system" folder, which will be installed as
OSGi bundle by default.
