I haven't gotten to look at this too much, but it has something to do with the
SpringBusFactory and/or BusApplicationContext having stale references after a
shutdown and undeploy. I also wanted to mention that it happens to both the
CXF BC and CXF SE. I tried various attempts to get the objects to clean up
properly, or as an alternative have the BusApplicationContext do a refresh(),
but I just haven't had enough time with CXF to know how to deal with this
properly.
