Also, why are they even used at all?   They definitely are not anything 
that SMX should be picking up.   You definitely want to be using 
woodstox as the impl and either the stax-api jar or the geronimo-specs 
equivilient.  (probably the geronimo specs version once Guillaume gets 
the osgi stuff in place)
