There is definitely something wrong with the snapshot deployments. I had uploaded new snapshots for 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT last weekend but it looks like bamboo or something like that is cleaning out the snapshot dirs (maybe a failed nightly snapshot deployment). I think there are still some issues related to incubator graduation, so I will try to track down the issues with bamboo and the snapshot deployments.
