Probably this is due to the fact that our pipeline code is based on code of
smx 3.1.
I'll try to post a new patch based on smx 3.2.1 code base.
BTW despite from code details the two things we need is:
1) The propagation of message properties in case of process async
2) To handle the case where the transform return errors in form of an "html
error page"
