Did you try from a clean state ? Restarting the kernel after having deleted the data folder ? It seems there is a problem and the "obr start xxx" can not be run twice (well, it depends on the xxx apparently). Not sure the reason, but from an empty local repo and a clean kernel, I still have no problems running the first set of commands (the camel-osgi). As for the second command, the error may be related to http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/org/apache/servicemix/nmr/org.apache.servicemix.nmr.core/1.0-SNAPSHOT/ which is empty ;-) I'll try deploying snapshots and see what it gives.
